disallowing forward seeking - iphone not working in Rise
- 4 months agoHi Everyone! I'm happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360! This update fixes the issue you encountered where iOS users were able to use the seek-bar on videos, even if 'Allow Forward Seeking' was disabled. Please keep in mind that we cannot completely disable learners from moving the seek-bar. However, this enhancement prevents them from being able to play the video from a position they've jumped ahead to. Learners can still adjust the seek-bar forward, but it will revert back to the position they last were. There's nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available! Please let me know if you have any questions about this update, or the issue you reported!

Is anyone still encountering this issue? I am still having trouble with iOS users being able to scrub the seekbar when in LMS AND it plays. It doesn't jump back to the last position as the stated update should supposedly work. No scrubbing able on desktop and on Android phones. This is very frustrating. Any help is appreciated!
