Since it's through SharePoint Online it's using a webpart. I have talked to our SharePoint Admin too and he's looking into it.
I have it set so it's launching in the browser not through the Articulate App since we want to keep the course in a password protected location.
Thanks for the update Linda - I'm not incredibly familiar with SharePoint and how content is displayed, but hopefully you're SharePoint Admin can figure out if there is something specific and if that iFrame content helps too!
Please feel free to keep us posted as there are lots of folks in the community who mention using SharePoint and may benefit from your update and solution here.

Why do you have to change the files to.aspx rather than leave them as .html? I am currently using SharePoint and all of my files still use .html. I have not experienced any issues doing it this way. Am I missing something?

Hi Clint, you bring up a great point. The .html to .aspx conversion only matters if your IT department has disallowed .html from launching from the SharePoint instance. It is a security setting at the admin level as far as I understand it.

I was able to get Storyline files to play by using the "convert the story.html file to story.aspx." Works like a charm and I hate that it was so easy.

How did you convert the story.html file back to story.aspx? Are there instructions I can follow?

Right-click on the file and rename it as story.aspx.

Neither SharePoint 2013 or 2016 support the html files. The simple fix is to change the file extension from .html to .aspx.
Another tip with SharePoint is to be sure your directory is not nested too far down within subdirectories. SL uses very long file names, which are included in URL for each.
Therefore, several subdirectories (.../directory/directory/directory/directory/directory/etc.), coupled with very long SL-created filenames cans cause your SharePoint system to error out when uploading files due to character limits.
Thanks for popping in to share Mica :) I know we have many utilizing Sharepoint and the tips/tricks are helpful.

Hi All,
We've attempted to upload the published files as outlined by Cody Salinas (Thanks!). Unfortunately, we can't drag in any SL files (the story.htm./aspx, xml and swf). We can drag other types of files, just not the ones we need.
Does anyone know what Sharepoint permissions would prevent specific file types from being added?
Thanks!
Hi Steve! Not sure if Monica is still subscribed here as her response is a bit dated, but typically this is a simple manual change similar to re-naming a file.
