Hi, Sheila.
As John mentioned, when you turn on the accessibility controls option, it forces the player to show controls, which allows the Prev/Next arrows to appear in Review.
This is needed since you use a custom Submit button without navigation options. Another workaround would be:
- Check the player submit button for ANY of your questions (you can do that for only one question, and it would still work, even if that question is not one of the ones randomly selected from your bank).
