Do Question Banks Allow Student to Skip, and Then Come Back to a Question

Hi all, 

Pretty new to ASL 360 and am using question banks for the first time.

Is there a way to allow students to skip a question and come back and answer it later?  And extra credit if it can be done using random draws!  : )
