Do you have to be on a slide a set amount of time for it to be considered 'seen'?
I recently published an eLearning course to our LMS where upon completing the module and hitting 'save and exit course' it is supposed to disappear from users' dashboards and mark them as 'complete'.
So, this seems to be working if you go through the course slowly (staying on each slide for a set period of time?) but if you rush through it, it doesn't mark anyone as complete and does not disappear from the dashboard as it is supposed to.
Something interesting to note is that a course without almost an identical design disappears from the dashboard and marks users as complete no matter which speed you progress.
Can anyone help with this? Does it sound like a storyline thing, or an LMS thing?
