Does anyone else find Rise is slow these days?
Hi Everyone!
I’m happy to share that we just released a new update for Rise 360!
This update fixes the issue that was causing slowdowns while authoring course content. There’s nothing to install for web-based apps. New features and fixes are immediately available!
If you’re still experiencing slowdowns, first please ensure any browser plugins have been disabled. Also, when working with large scale courses, some slowdowns are expected. To remedy that, we suggest breaking larger courses down into smaller pieces.
If you have questions about this update, or the issue you reported, please connect with our team through a support case.
Thank you!
Totally! I've just logged a support ticket for this issue. I am having same issue as you are. RISE360 is extremely slow to load and slow to respond to any actions - e.g. typing content, deleting blocks, and adding blocks. Essentially all actions. Using Chrome and have cleared the cache, and restarted my PC but the issue persists. I've tested this on Edge and it's no different. However other websites are loading and responding well, it is just Articulate (including the discussion boards) and RISE360.

Hi MeeraLynn-UK!
So sorry to hear you're also experiencing these issues when authoring in Rise 360! I understand how frustrating that can be!
I see that you're currently working with my colleague Mick, through your support case. We can continue the conversation there!
