Does Articulate have any plans to make a Mac OS compatible version of Storyline?
Or any other products?

It's such a shame that you don't plan to include Macs. I know many developers who use Macs and it is a real pain to have to go to a PC platform. It's the ONLY software I use that requires me to turn on my horrible PC. Please reconsider.

Articulate 360 not having a Mac version, really is a shame...I'm running storyline on my Mac through the VMWare, but it isn't an ideal situation. I have to go back and forth regularly, and it doesn't make it for an easy and convenient process. Also, it bugs down my computer. I wish they would re-consider releasing a Mac version for Storyline.

Sheeple buy MACS. I had to buy a Macbook Pro just to open a Logic Pro X project. Other than that it's just an over-priced (repeat > over-priced) paper-wait that sits on the opposite corner of my desk. - Baaaaahhhhhhhh.

Robert, you might want to clarify your statement, because the way I read this - you are calling everyone on this post "Sheeple" and telling them to buy MACS.:)
And I would kindly disagree. Many designers use software that requires a lot of processing. Every PC I've owned took 5 times the amount of time to process a task than a Mac. For example, my 8 GB PC would would take 6 minutes to export a 2 minute edited video (Adobe Premiere). My 8 GB Mac does it in 1. I know there are other factors to compare, but I've had better graphics cards, video cards, and more RAM on a PC, and still was outperformed by my Mac of lesser "power."

Agreed....
Awesome, happy to hear that Ryan!

Thank you. We've actually recently decided to go with 360.

Hi Ryan
How is this working out for you on the Mac?

Adam,
Parallels seems to be sufficient, although paying for an extra subscription just to use Storyline is an inconvenience. Parallels does give me issues from time to time and the shortcuts that work on PC don't always work on a Mac. All in all, it is okay, but an inconvenience.
Hi Ryan!
I'm sorry to say, there isn't a native Mac version of Storyline on our roadmap. The vast majority of our customers use Windows and web-based authoring tools that don’t depend on a particular operating system. And we're focused on developing features that have the widest impact.
For example, Articulate 360 subscribers can use Rise to create courses right in their web browsers, and we’re continually updating Rise with new features. So Rise, can be used natively on a Mac. It’s web-based and is supported in all modern web browsers. Watch this video introduction to learn more.
We’ve also introduced Peek for Mac, a native screen-recording app for Mac. Watch this video for an overview.
Other web-based experiences in Articulate 360 (Content Library, Articulate Review, and Articulate Live) are supported in all modern web browsers for Mac and Windows computers.Any content you create with Articulate 360 apps can be viewed on Mac computers.
Hope that helps, and if you haven't done so yet, take a look at the trial of Articulate 360 here!

I understand you’ll never create a Mac version of Articulate Storyline. But please, Ashley and all Articulate admins, please stop saying you don’t have ‘that many’ Mac users. Tons of us are Mac users, forced to spend extra dollars to use Parallels and other tools just to run your product.
We’re using Articulate until the day something better comes along, if that ever happens. A PC-based tool like this one is inconvenient and more expensive for us. It’s quite insulting to insist that due to a fictitious numbers game, we aren’t a priority.

Hi Ashley
I have made some comments below, but I would just like to add that in a large industrial company and military organizations, installing other products (as mentioned) on to our thousands of machines is just not an option.
