Does Storyline 3 set "PlayerInvokeRollupAtSuspedAll" to "yes" when publishing SCORM packages?

Hello,

We're using Lessonly as our LMS, and we've run into an issue with SCORM lessons that are published with Storyline 3. If a learner has completed a SL3-published SCORM lesson, returns to that completed lesson that, and then clicks "Return to LMS" in Lessonly to be returned to their certification/path overview, Lessonly just displays a blank page rather than showing the certification/path overview. Lessonly support has asked that I reach out to Articulate support to determine whether the SCORM setting "PlayerInvokeRollupAtSuspedAll" is set to "yes" in the SCORM packages we published from SL3. Does anyone know if it does/doesn't? I don't see this particular SCORM setting listed in any of the publishing menus in SL3. Does anyone know if there's a particulate setting in the publishing menus that determines whether this setting gets set to "yes" or "no"?

I was asked to contact Articulate Support to get confirmation on this, but I don't see anyway to contact Articulate Support directly about SL3 questions; the drop-down list on the page for submitting a support case only lists 360 software for submitting a case. If anyone has any information about this, I would greatly appreciate your help! :)

Thank you!

  • "PlayerInvokeRollupAtSuspendAll" is a setting in Scorm Cloud / Rustici Engine

in the storyline scorm packages I have never seen such a setting

    >page for submitting a support case only lists 360 software

I would simply choose SL 360 and then mention SL3 in the description

Thank you for that information, Jürgen! I searched for information about that setting and didn't find any results that said anything about SL3, just SCORM Cloud/Rustici Engine. So, I appreciate you confirming that. I appreciate your suggestion about submitting a case under SL360. Depending on suggested next steps from the Lessonly, I may do that. Thank you again!
