Drag & Drop Assessment

Hi,

I'm currently attempting to build a drag and drop assessment that consists of a form with boxes and hotspots. There are three hotspots on the form that require the learner to drag two boxes into it (e.g. shown in attachments - Flammable 3 hotspot should contain both the 1800 and 750 boxes in it). The hotspot is large enough to contain both boxes however when I preview these boxes sit on top of each other and not one under the other.

Looking for any guidance on how I can make adjustments to have this function properly, or maybe there is another way to build this out.

Thanks in advance,

Deanna

  • Hello Deanna,

    Happy to help!

If you go to "Question Tools -> Drag & Drop Options -> Drop Target Options", you'll see there all of the options that you can select for determining how the drop objects are arranged in the drop zone.

Since you don't want your slide boxes to be stacked on top of each other, try choosing either Tile or Free.

    Hope this helps!
