Drag and Drop question - how to get SUBMIT to work?

Good Morning Heroes,

Any suggestion as to why this drag-and-drop exercise is not working? I'm not 100% sure how to show you the exercise: I published the slide and have attached both the zip file and the 360 Review URL.
