As there are only two groups, you should only have two drop targets. You currently have eight requiring specific draglets into each drop target.
If you are wanting to show things in the correct order once dropped into the target, you can add triggers to hide the draglet when it is dropped in the correct location, and then reveal a static representation of it within the drop target.
