Help with Drag & Drop

Hi,   

I have a custom drag & drop where I'm trying to get the dragged object to center on any hotspots and change size.  I have the object set to change size via states, and I have the hotspots set to snap to center.  When the object is dropped, it does change size, but it is not centered on the hotspot.  I've tried different trigger prompts and settings, but nothing has worked.  Just looking for suggestions.
