Drag and interaction and course progression with chrome
Hi, I recently updated a course which has a drag and drop interaction. one user, has found that they where not able to complete the drag and drop interaction. As they where using a new laptop i aske...
Does it work on all other platforms? Does the LMS accurately capture the results from everyone else who has completed the updated course?
If these answers are yes, then the problem is very likely the individual user's system and/or how the user is accessing the course.
This is my thought also as it has been successfully taken by several hundred people without issue.
