Duplicate Custom Fonts Cannot Be Removed

I loaded a custom font into Rise (a long time ago actually) and it seemingly has duplicated itself many times over. I am not able to delete the duplicates OR the main fonts as shown in the ...
I have just been told by support that you need to hit the BIN to delete the line and then refresh your browser window otherwise it remains in view suggesting it has not been deleted.
