E-Learning Course does not load in LMS
Hey everyone, I have a problem with one of my e-learnings:
When I test it in the preview, everything runs as intended without any problems. However, when I export the file (SCORM 1.2) and integrate it into my LMS, an error occurs when the training course is played. I cannot get from the overview slide to the introduction, because of a loading symbol. But instead of loading, the error message “You are offline. Connection is being established.” appears and you cannot continue the course.
I do not have this problem with other courses, that are larger and based on the same template. And since everything works in the preview, the error must probably occur somewhere during export and integration into the LMS.
Do you have any idea how I can solve this? Thank you so much!

It could be something in the XML manifest that is created when you publish the course to SCORM. Try publishing to HTML and see whether the course plays. If it does, then try publishing to SCORMCloud (https://app.cloud.scorm.com/sc/guest/SignInForm) and see whether the problem persists there.
A third (and in my book, more drastic) step would be to rebuild the course using a clean SL360 file. Because you have reused a template, it's possible that somehow the template is corrupted for this specific file.
If these steps don't work, contact Articulate and open a support case. No need to keep trying the same things and expecting different results.
