Editing video start/stop times in Rise360 not working with TED Talks and VIMEO

Hi, I was able to tweak an embed code to make it work for YouTube but not for a TED Talk and VIMEO video. Trying to incorporate this video and cut it at 3:30 but nothing I've tried has worked. htt...

The URL parameters for specifying start and end times differ depending on the video hosting platform. I wasn't able to find the instructions for the Ted Talk video but you can check out this article to learn how to specify the start time for videos hosted on Vimeo:
