Sorry to hear you've hit this snag!
Since this is an older post, I'd like to ask a few questions to help me troubleshoot:
- How are you publishing your course?
- Have you tested your course in SCORM Cloud, as my teammate, Maria, mentioned above?
- Have you tried using a different browser or clearing your browser cache?
If the issue persists in SCORM Cloud, it'd be helpful to take a closer look at your course. You can share it with our team in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
