Email Button - email subject link not displaying correctly

I have set up a number of contact me buttons in Rise 360 which link to an email address.   When clicking on the links the subject field has a random "g" in it, and not the course name.   Can anyone ...

Hi Jayne,

I saw the case you opened with our support team, and I'm glad you have this resolved with the help of Darwin.

For those who may encounter something similar, it's due to the ampersand (&) character not being recognized by email applications.  Darwin suggested customizing the email button by adding ?subject= after the email address as a workaround:
