email button not working on rise 360?

    Hello everyone,

    I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360. This update fixes the issue you ran into where an interactive button with "Send an email" destination does not accept a valid email address. There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available.

Thank you for the suggestion -- i cleared the cache and re-created the email link in the button block, but I am still getting this: 

 (Is this an Outlook issue -- and not a Chrome issue?  (But I guess it wouldn't work in Safari then...??) I appreciate the troubleshoot offer! thank you...

Yes, this is an Outlook issue.
