Email hyperlink working in one course but not another
I know this is an old thread, but I am running into this as well. I have verified my Storyline is updated and have tried both the Open trigger with "mailto:[my email address]" as the link to open and the Send email to trigger.
I have also tried changing the order of the triggers as well as deleting and recreating the trigger, all to no avail.
The first trigger in this screenshot works (open URL), the second one does not (send email to). Any ideas on how to fix this?

Do you have an email client such as Microsoft Outlook properly installed on your machine to allow the email editor to open when the second trigger is activated?
If you have an email client already installed, would you be willing to share your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a look at why your triggers are working properly?
Hi, yes I have Outlook properly installed. It seemed to resolve itself overnight, though, so I'm going to call it a glitch.
