Thanks for opening a ticket, they have provided a workaround, just add this code instead: hello@hello.com?subject=hi&ignore=
I have Microsoft Outlook as my email software. It all works fine in Storyline but in Rise it doesn't when added as a button link. Here's the html source code it generates:
