changing email on trial account
Hi,
I can see there's a 'change email' link in my trial account.
Can someone confirm that I can change the email on the account during the trial and still have access to the content I've created during my trial - even if I then go on to upgrade it to a personal 360 account rather than a Team account?

I have had this website delete my posts, too. I have learned that if it is a longer post, I need to write it out somewhere else first and then copy and paste it here.
As for your project, I think the fix is simple. I believe your pause on the timeline made the timeline stop just before the hotspot to zoom back out became visible. I stretched the Hotspot 1 back in time a little bit to make sure it was visible during the point of the pause and it worked. In essence, your timeline was pausing and stopped before it ever made the zoom out hotspot visible and available to the user.

Yes, that's correct. Changing the email address associated with your subscription will not cause you to lose access to your content when you move from a trial to a paid subscription. Remember to sign in using the updated email address whenever you access Articulate 360!
