Embed block / Unusual white block

I'm currently building a course in Rise and am coming across an odd issue with the embed block.
I've been embedding Vimeo videos and having them play on a loop. It gives a gif-like appear...

I thought the same. However, there's no option to delete it. When I shift the embed block down, the white space moves with it.

For your Vimeo video block, go to Settings, and turn off Show Border and see if that helps.
