Embed PDF only loads first page on mobile devices

Hello,

I'm using the Embed block to embed a PDF. It works exactly as desired on desktop computers, but when I try to view it on an iPad it only shows the first page of the PDF. In the course Preview mode it all works great, even when previewed on a tablet, but when I share or publish the course it has this issue. How can I make the Embed block show all pages of the PDF on mobile devices?

    Hi Lisa,

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue! We've seen this issue in the past that affected iOS 13 devices, but it has since been resolved. I'd like to ask a few clarifying questions to help me troubleshoot.

    • What iOS version is the iPad running? You can find this by selecting the Settings icon, General, then About.
    • Does this happen on all mobile devices?
    • What browser are you using, and have you tried a different one?
