I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue! We've seen this issue in the past that affected iOS 13 devices, but it has since been resolved. I'd like to ask a few clarifying questions to help me troubleshoot.
- What iOS version is the iPad running? You can find this by selecting the Settings icon, General, then About.
- Does this happen on all mobile devices?
- What browser are you using, and have you tried a different one?
