Embedded .mp4 video stops at a certain point.

I have republished an old storyline training module that has lots of .mp4 videos.  The last video for some reason now stops and freezer about 3/4 the way through.  It didn't do this before.  I have ...

    Is it too late to ask for help?  I have ONE of 7 users that is getting stalled on a different MP4 module.  I tested on her pc with windows media player - went fine.  I put the module in a entirely separate articulate, published and it went fine.  took that slide and replaced in my full module and she stalls again.  what can I attach to solicit your assistance?
