Embedded Online pdfs displaying inconsistently in Rise block

Hi there,  I notice with an embedded online pdf in a Rise block, sometimes it will display, other times it won't. This is unhelpful to the students. Is there some way I can mitigate this? I know I...

Hi there,

Checking in to see if a solution was ever found for this issue with the inconsistent loading of embedded PDFs. We're having the same problems listed above, and it's difficult to find any solution since it appears to be random.

    Thanks for checking in on this! Sorry to hear you've also been experiencing this issue!

    I can confirm our team has this behavior logged as a bug in Rise 360. This bug causes the intermittent loading of embedded PDFs in Rise 360. I've linked this discussion to the bug report so we can notify all affected users once a fix has been shipped.

    In the meantime, as a workaround, refreshing the browser should force the embedded PDF to load.
