Embedded Video / Windows 11 Not Playing

It sounds as if your IT team needs to look at the videos and verify that they are not tied to a default player setting that points to Internet Explorer (for which Silverlight was a plugin). Are you seeing the same issue from different users? Different videos? If it's a consistent behavior, you may need to get your IT team to republish the videos and then you would need to re-embed them.
The issue has been resolved. It was "Special Characters". SharePoint was replacing special characters in the names of the files with numeric values.
