Can Articulate staff update us on this issue? Is there a solution in the works?
Hi Charles,
It sounds like you uploaded a video file to your Rise 360 lesson, and you want the option for learners to play the video in fullscreen mode.
Do you see the fullscreen button in the video control bar, as shown below?

Yes, but it's disabled (grayed out). I have sent it to our vendor to review (Sumtotal) as well.
Thanks, Charles. You can also send us your course Share link, and we'd be glad to take a closer look.
If that works for you, you can send that link to us privately by clicking here.

It likely only happens when hosted in an LMS.

Hi there,
I do have the same issue in my LMS. In the history of this article I can see that the problem has been going on for 3 years. Is there a solution or workaround?
Thanks in advance & best regards
Marianna
Hi Marianna!
This issue is LMS-related. You can submit a case here and attach the zipped file for LMS upload, so we can help!Hi again Marianna!
As a follow-up to my last message, you can try setting the content to open in a new window from your LMS as a workaround, in the meantime. Hope that helps!- DarrenNashCommunity Member
Hi,
This is an old thread but I am currently seeingg this issue in Rise courses published to Cornerstone LMS. Both Firefox and Chrome on Desktop the full screen does not work. Any updates on this?
Hi there, Darren. Right now, the workaround is to set the course to open in a new window when launched from the LMS. The videos are having trouble going to full screen when the course is launched within the LMS frameset.
We have this issue documented, but I don't have a timeline for improvements to this behavior.

Are you seeing this in both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 (3rd edition) versions of the course in Cornerstone? For some reason I am remembering that this was fixed now in Cornerstone if you used SCORM 2004 instead of 1.2.

I thought this was fixed 3 years ago but apparently, it isn't. It only runs great when I have it in review, when I embed the video or using a link instead, the expand function won't work. Any solutions yet?

To clarify, we really don't want our UI design to have multiple pop-up windows as we want our learners to stay on the page.
