I have just used padlet to do something like this in a climate change course. I've asked people what they will start/stop/continue doing and we've had some good interaction. You can set up an account and have 3 free padlets - after that it's a paid service. You can also choose to approve so nothing inappropriate gets posted, and whether to allow people to do reactions ore replies.
Users on mine are shown as anonymous as I opted for them not having to sign into padlet to leave their comment.
