Empty Path Name is Not Legal - Error publishing to Review 360
UPDATE: I was able to fix the issue by uploading scenes and slides individually to narrow down the offending slide. A previous poster from several years ago said their issue was caused by an empty caption file, and that seemed to be the case for me as well. I went to edit captions and there was no text in any of the boxes. Re-imported the caption file and everything published as normal.
Hello, I keep getting the error message "Empty path name is not legal" when trying to publish to Review 360. Here is a list of things I have tried, all of which resulted in the same error:
- Restarting my computer
- Publishing locally instead of directly to Review 360
- Saving the project as a new file in the same location
- Saving the project in a different location
- Uploading the project to teams and downloading the project into a new file
However, I am able to publish other projects to Review 360, which leads me to believe that there is something wrong with the content of the project, but I don't know what that could be. Has anyone else experienced this? I have attached the TXT file of the error message.
