Engage interaction in storyline

Hi All Is there a way to have an engage interaction imported into storyline start without users having to hit the play button? I have played with the settings and can't get this to not happen.  ...

Hi Amy! 

We are seeing an issue where a play button will overlay an Engage interaction in Storyline when the project is viewed in Chrome, and that seems to match what you're seeing. We'll let you know if anything changes there.

I did want to mention that we're now on Storyline 360 Update 26, so you'll want to update your software to take advantage of all the features and fixes we've released since Update 17.

    Hi Alyssa

    Is there any update on this? I previously imported Engage interactions into Storyline and there was no issue, Whereas with the project i am working on now, a big play button appears. I have queried it with technical support but cant seem to get this resolved
