Enlarge Image not working on Safari or iPads
I am testing a module and the feature that allows user to select an image for it to enlarge is working in Chrome and Edge, but not in Safari or on iPads. Anyone had this happen? Is there a solutio...
I am also having this same problem. Enlarge image works an all my Mac desktop browsers except Safari. I have the latest version (17.4.1).
I tried using a private window, but still have the same problem. Clicking on the image doesn't enlarge it. (even though it works in other browsers)
What can I do to fix this?
(By the way the click to enlarge doesn't work on any of six different browsers on my iPad or iPhone).
When does this happen? In Rise using Preview Mode? In a LMS when the course is published? Both?
In Rise, using Preview mode. This one will be on an open webpage when it's ready. Not in an LMS.

Please open a case with our support team here if you prefer to share your course links privately.I also wanted to share that we are tracking a known issue where the pinch to zoom doesn't work as expected after clicking on an image with the "zoom on image click" option enabled. This behavior is erratic when using the Share link to access the course. I've added you to the report so we can notify you as soon as it is fixed.
