Hello Rajat,
There are a few reasons why publishing a Storyline course could fail, so we’ll need to narrow down the root cause of the issue to properly address your concern.
First, are you working locally when editing and publishing your Storyline course? Working on a network drive can cause erratic behavior due to latency, leading to publishing issues with the project file. We recommend working on a directory in your C: drive to minimize the risk of encountering issues caused by working on a network drive.
Another possible reason is corrupted data in your slides. You can test this by previewing and only sections of your Storyline course to see if excluding certain sections during publishing will allow the course to publish successfully. If your course has multiple scenes, try publishing only one of them to see if this will succeed, and if your course has only one scene, try publishing only a single slide. If publishing sections of your course works, please reach out to our support team here so we can fix your project file for you.
Lastly, if all of your project files are affected and you are already working locally, follow the steps in this article to do a repair of your Storyline 3 installation.
Let me know how it goes!
