Error Message when Loading Complete RISE PAckage into LMS
Any ideas what's causing this? we are losing our minds over here and have never had this issue before. We have a two clients that have been trying to get these loaded for days and need a solution....
Hi Kelly! Here to help! You can try unzipping and rezipping the content itself so it's in the root folder. We've seen some cases where the SCORM Content is behind a folder with the course named and then zipped, which can cause some issues.
If you still have trouble, we'd love to take at the SCORM file itself. Could you please share it with us by opening a case here?
