Error Message When Trying to Publish to Review 360
Hello again community members,
I'm wondering what could cause the uploading to Review 360 to give the message "Performing maintenance on screen recording X..." My project file has about 30 screen recordings that I use for view, try, and test scenarios.
When I publish to Review 360, it goes through the encoding .mp3 and compressing images stages, but when it starts to upload the course, I get the message "There was an error publishing to Review 360. Please check your internet connection and try again." The message comes out after 30 minutes into the publishing process since my project file is big.
Just curious!
By the way, I appreciate the effort that Chester, Articulate Support Engineer is giving to my case. My project file has already <1000 slides. The process he described to find the cause/s of my problem and fix it is tedious. Thank you, Chester!
