Error Message when upload published Rise file to SuccessFactors LMS
We started experiencing the same issue with Rise360 files published in SCORM after 2020-08-14. Our published files before this date work fine in SuccessFactors. We did figure out a way that worked for us; although, not exactly convenient (but it works).

Hello, Paul. Thank you so much for that comprehensive demo of what works for you. It looks like, essentially, you're just re-zipping the contents of the original extracted project with no other changes. Is that correct?

Hi Crystal. You are correct. I am not manipulating the file in any way. I just extract and re-zip the file and it seems to work.

Hi Paul, I found a similar workaround. We tried WinZip and MS Zip, but couldn't get them to work. When we tried to unzip and rezip with WinRAR then the package would upload. So, WinRAR has been our savior for this issue. Thank you so much for sharing your workaround!
