Articulate 360 Review Link – Content Stuck on “Still Processing” Message
We’re encountering an issue in Articulate 360 Review where the content is not displaying and instead shows the message: “This item is still processing and will be shown here automatically when ready.” The item does not load even after waiting.
Could you please help us understand why this is happening and how to resolve it?

I'm sorry to hear that you've run into this setback when publishing to Review 360!
We're investigating an issue where some Review 360 items fail to load. This is impacting newly uploaded Storyline courses. Existing content continues to work as expected. Creators may see a loading error or be unable to open newly published content in Review 360.

I was experiencing the same issue, but now it works! Also, I haven't been getting any email notifications from Review 360 comments. I've checked all my settings, updates, restarted. Is this a related issue or something else?
