- Are you *working* from a local drive - that is, is the primary file location on your hard drive and not a shared network drive or cloud location?
- Are you using the latest build (there was one released in the past week)?
- Does your system have adequate memory?
- Are there other memory-intensive programs (such as Camtasia or Adobe Illustrator) also running?
These are a few things I would check. If the answers to these suggestions is (yes, yes, yes, and no), then I would probably submit a support case to Articulate and engage their expertise.
