Error Report when publishing to an LMS

Hello,

I have been receiving this error message with some, but not all, of my Storyline 360 files when attempting to publish to LMS. I know there is nothing wrong with the file as I can send it to a colleague and they are able to publish it. I have run all updates, and even uninstalled and reinstalled Storyline.

Can you please advise on why this is happening, and how I can fix it? It is an inconvenience on my colleagues that I have to keep sending them files so they can publish them for me. All other aspects of Storyline 360 are working- I can open, edit and save files with no issue.

    the error "The tag present in the reparse point buffer is invalid" seems to be an error message from "One drive" (Microsoft Cloud)

    try to publish to your local drive
