Welcome to authoring in Storyline and the E-Learning Heroes community! Sorry to hear you've hit this snag with the quiz questions from your Storyline course.
To clarify, is this behavior only observed when viewing the course through your LMS? A helpful step would be testing the file with SCORM Cloud. It is a virtual LMS environment we use to determine if an issue lies with a .story file, or the LMS itself. If you test your course in SCORM Cloud and it's working as intended, then the issue is likely LMS-based.
