Error When Adding a New Item to a List
Every time I click to add a new item to a list, I get a "Something Went Wrong" error. When I go back to the page, the new item added, but will give an error again when trying to add a new one.

We had an outage earlier today, which might have been the cause of this issue. Are you still seeing a "Something Went Wrong" error?
