Error when publishing or viewing a scene

I am receiving this error message when trying to publish or view a scene.

I know this is an old post but I was gettin the same error when trying to preview in Storyline 360.
Culprit was the AI TTS audio i inserted. The AI audio defaults for captions is checked in the checkbox. My player settings did not allow captions.
Solution: I opened the media library and removed the captions from the existing AI audio files, and unchecked the captions checkbox every time I created a new AI tts audio file.
