Error while Publishing course to video format

I am facing an error every time while publishing the course in video format.
Is there any solution for this error?

Am I understanding correctly that you are able to publish this file successfully on another computer?
If you navigate to the folder where your published output is on that device, are you able to open the video file?
If not, can you share the .story file either publicly here or privately through a support case so we can investigate what's happening?
