Error while publishing a video

hi, i am getting the following error while publishing a file containing a video in track 1 and two audio files in track 2 and 3. I am publishing the file again in a video format. basically, I am trying to integrate background music to a show it video file.

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot!

    I see you're able to successfully publish the project, but then you see the error message. Does it happen when you click "open" directly from that screen? 

    If you navigate to the folder where your published output is, are you able to open the video file?

    If not, can you share the .story file either publicly here or privately through a support case so we can investigate what's happening?

      I am able to publish to video without issue. Is there a specific error message that you are getting?
