Articulate Localization isn't available yet for public purchase. Contact us if you'd like to learn more about this product.
Articulate Localization gives you options for publishing multi-language Rise 360 courses. You can publish all language versions at once or publish each separately. Find detailed steps for each option below.
Publish Multiple Language Versions
Publish one or more languages for LMS or all languages for web and PDF in a few clicks via the stack overview page. Follow these steps:
- Click the course tile from your Rise dashboard to launch the stack overview page.
- Select Publish on the top right, and choose from the following output types: LMS, Web, or PDF.
For LMS output, use the Language dropdown in the publishing options page to choose whether to publish all or a subset of your course languages. (Refer to this user guide for more information about other settings on this page.) Then click Publish on the top right again to proceed. - For all output types, you'll download one zip file containing several other zip files, one for each language. Unzip the main zip file, then upload each language zip file to your LMS or web server.
Publish One Language Version
To publish one language version at a time for web or PDF, switch to the language version’s edit mode first. Here’s how:
- Click the course tile from your Rise dashboard to launch the stack overview page.
- Choose the language you want to publish in the sidebar, then click the corresponding Edit button in the top navigation bar.
- Publish as a regular Rise 360 course or microlearning.
