Evaluating multiple objects stage not working

Hello everyone.

Having some issues, I'm evaluating the stage of 4 objects (texts), so when they are all visited, it should open a layer, but it does not do it.

there are 4 images, with corresponding text beside them, and I am asking the user to click on each image to play some audio related to each image.  Once user clicks an image, then change the status of the text to visited.

Each click opens a layer corresponding to each image where it simply plays the audio.

So, when user finish clicking on all images, then the new layer should show, but is not doing it. 

 

Any help would be appreciated.
