Experiencing freezes in some Rise blocks
Hi everyone,
I’m happy to let you know we released a new update for Rise 360! This update fixes the issue you encountered where the editor could freeze when deleting or editing text in certain blocks, such as Accordion and Knowledge Check blocks, especially when lists or multiple line breaks were involved.
There’s nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available, though you might need to refresh the editor.

I'm experiencing the same issue. For me, it seems to happen when I am in a block (doesn't matter which kind), and trying to change the background color. When I use the color-grabbing tool, it captures the color and then freezes. The Chrome window becomes unresponsive. I'm unable to close it and have to restart my computer.

I'm sorry to hear that you've run into this setback while authoring in Rise 360.
I tested the eyedropper tool across several Blocks in Google Chrome, but couldn't replicate the same behavior. It's possible that the issue is environment-specific. Does this happen every time you use the eyedropper, or only occasionally? Also, does the freezing occur across other supported browsers?
If your Chrome browser is already up to date, please try clearing the browser's cache to see if the problem persists.
