Export all audio files within a project
I apologize if this question has been addressed in another discussion. I have a Storyline 360 Project where I would like to export all audio files within this project at one time, rather than expor...
Where did the export button go? I no longer see it.
I can right click to export individual prompts one at a time, but after selecting multiple prompts, there is no right-click functionality. I need to export all of the prompts, and I need to be able to designate mp3 or wav like we used to. Thanks.

In Storyline 360, bulk audio export isn’t available from the right-click menu. That option works for single clips only.
To export everything at once, use Media Export instead:
Here’s how:
- Go to File → Export → Media.
- In the Export Media window, select the audio files you want. You can grab them all at once.
- Choose your preferred format, MP3 or WAV.
- Click Export, then choose where you’d like to save the files.
All your audio will export in one go with no repetitive right-clicking required.
