Although this bug has not been fixed, Marc shared a workaround that may help you in the meantime.
We have this discussion linked should there be any updates on the issue where Khmer Characters aren't Displaying Properly when the Course is Previewed/Published, so we will keep you posted if anything changes!
Thanks Andrea. The workaround isn’t really practical for me, unfortunately.
